About Us

Architectural Holidays was founded in 1994 by New York based architect Analee R. Cole after years of research into world architecture and design history, and a lifelong passion for the hospitality industry. Architectural Holidays is design-focused, independent, one-stop shopping for visually exceptional destinations, accommodations, and in particular, for sourcing event venues.

Architectural Holidays offers a “boutique” of services within the travel, hospitality and design industries. This includes: itinerary development and consulting for business meetings, corporate launches, and social gatherings; venue search and evaluation; special event design from concept to execution; location scouting for film production, fashion and advertising; and design research for any historic period and for any purpose.

We are accredited professionals in sustainable design and advise clients regarding certification programs available across the hospitality and tourism industries, as well as to specific destinations. We specialize in accessibility to the disabled and promote events that are universally accessible.

Professional consulting fees for these and other special services are quoted individually based on the scope of the assignment.
