Business Meetings

All Meetings Great and Small

A Ballroom of the Grandest Scale at the Intercontinental Le Grand, Paris

When it comes to meetings, one size does not fit all. We look for meeting spaces of all shapes and sizes but that consistently share one characteristic: that they are uniquely designed spaces that will meet or exceed your meeting’s objectives.

A meeting room sought for a corporate board of directors or visiting diplomats is often richly decorated and appointed with the finest furnishings, finishes and table settings. Space for a staff meeting of regional sales managers may not require such adornment but may need state of the art communications and video conferencing equipment. These spaces are commonly found in your hotel, and there is no match for the convenience and practicality of these facilities.

The new breed of contemporary venues found in museums, for example, are by design minimalist and yet extraordinarily atmospheric. Some of these settings, as described in Social Gatherings, are so unique we cannot categorize them. They are nevertheless memorable as a meeting venue.

We specialize in arranging small meetings of less than 50 participants. For larger groups, seminars and conferences, we can provide venue search, logistical, and other support as needed. We can work seamlessly with your in-house event management  team, and we can consult directly with outside meeting and conference planners.
