Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but when it comes to accommodations for honeymoons, and the desire for privacy and luxury, some places are just more romantic than others. And while they are being presented in this category, they may also fall into other categories of accommodation, such as Historic, Boutique, etc.
As we are honeymoon specialists, we elected to create a separate category of Places to Stay with special appeal to the romantically inclined. Because there are so many outstanding accommodations that can qualify as romantic, we are treating this category slightly differently: We are presenting them by country, starting with Italy. Our recommendations come from our having visited the location, client feedback, and our selective research criteria. They are based on the unique characteristics and the romantic appeal of the destination.
